This composition by the Indonesian composer Matius Shan Boone was selected at he International Gaudeamus Young Composers Competition in 2010. This performance by Ensemble Gending was recorded at Teater Salihara in Jakarta in July 2010.

Vocalise for voice and piano is dedicated to my dearest friends and great musician, Ika Sri Wahyuningsih and Lestika Madina. This piece explores exercises on alphabetical consonant with many techniques of pronouncing. Motives of the piano itself consists of rhythmical chords which derived from the augmentation or diminution of Fibonacci series.

Mukena (2011) is dedicated to ensembel mosaik germany and kyai fatahillah gamelan ensemble, conducted by Robert HP Platz. This piece won as prize-winner of 2nd Goethe South-East Asian Young Composer Competition.

Recitation no. 2 is music based on a poem by famous Indonesia poet Subagyo Sastrowardoyo “Adam di Firdaus” which take settings of Adam creation, and his alienation from God, his surrounding, and himself as illustrating the human nature itself.
